COVID-19 Resource Center

The Mo BoS CoC wants to ensure that all members and organizations are informed of resources, opportunities and support available. Below is a list of resources that you, your organization or your clients may have access to.

  • Expanding Access to COVID-19 Testing Supplies. Information from HUD about availability of at-home COVID-19 tests for federally qualified community health centers (FQHCs). CoC, ESG, YHDP & HOPWA grantees are encouraged to reach out to their local health center for information about availability for low-/no- cost COVID-19 testing and vaccinations.

  • FEMA Funeral Assistance. FEMA is providing financial assistance for COVID-19 related funeral expenses on or after January 20, 2020

  • Service Facility Reporting. This is the state order of required reporting of positive COVID cases in all congregate living facilities.

  • Quarantining and Isolation. "While the CDC has reduced isolation periods for the general population...it clarified that the recommendation for isolation periods in high rick congregate settings, like homeless shelters, continue to be 10 days."

  • HUD's Disease Risks and Homelessness Page. Visit this page to access technical assistant materials from HUD as well as guidance issued from HUD's federal partners dedicated to preparing for and responding to infectious disease, including COVID-19.

  • CDC: Types of Masks and Respirators. There is a lot of confusion about correct mask usage. Mask guidance has been updated and the CDC has new information to share. Remember: any mask is better than no mask.

Thank you for your time and effort in working toward ending homelessness.
